This gravy mix was difficult to find in our area, so when I found it on Amazon, I just bought lots of it. I use milk instead of water to make the gravy. It seems creamier and changes the flavor to a richer gravy. Made meatballs and put the gravy mix on it for a potluck and that was the first thing that everyone ate and asked how I made it. For older folks, it is simple and I just used frozen meatballs. Makes a simple dinner along with a healthy veggie and salad.
