I had a weak plug on my Shore Power Cable for my RV. I had to take the plug apart and bend the connectors back to being close to each other so when it slipped over the male plug on the RV it would make on both sides of the connector in the plug. The connectors were made of weak thin material. Soon as I received this plug the first thing I did was take it apart to examine the connectors. I found them to be made with thick sturdy metal and it appears they will stay in place and not bend like my old plug. I have been an electrician most my life and I can tell you this isn't a cheap made plug. You will be very pleased with it. I have worried of my old plug getting hot and starting a fire so this is a big relief to me to get this fixed once and for all.

After breaking my original extension cord by backing into a fence post, I worried I would have to replace the whole cord. This product solved my problem and saved me money. Matched perfect with the Factory installed socket in the camper.
