I really like this product. It is definitely worth buying. It is cute and sturdy. The buckets are strong. My 3-year-old stands on them and they don't give at all. I bought this for my daughters because I had bought one from Target for my son when he was younger and I really loved it. I will say that the only feature I do not like is that (unlike my sons shelf) the storage bins on this shelf are not designed in a way that they can sit flat on the shelf, they only fit sideways as shown in the picture. With my son's shelf, the buckets had ridges on the bottoms which allowed them to also be placed on the shelf sitting upright and I liked that. Though this is not a deal breaker, just a mild inconvenience.. It would be nicer if the screws used were either painted white or they supplied the little covers, but with covers, small children like mine might pull them out and swallow them, so painted screw heads would be nice. Assembly was easy. I can't remember the quality of the instructions, but It is pretty straight forward I don't think you would actually need them. I think I looked at the box to see which side the bottom support pieces went (wasn't sure if they were on the inside or the outside) that is about it. The handles make it very easy to move wherever you want it and my mischievous 3-year-old hasn't knocked it over or anything so structurally I would say it is sturdy as well. I only took a star off because of the bucket thing. these buckets have ridges on the bottom, why not make them fit between the bars so you have choices :P

Based on some reviews, I was a bit scared to order this because I was worried it wasn't very stable and would be too small. I must say this cubby exceeded all my expectations. The tubs come in two sizes and fit perfectly on the rails. I thought I received the wrong product when I first put it together because I didn't understand how the bins we're tilted. Once I figured that out it was perfect. My 2 year old can reach all her toys very easily and is even putting them back. The larger bins hold Barbie's and dolls and larger toys, the smaller bins are great for all those little toys and blocks and puzzle pieces. We replaced a six drawer toy cubby and a very large wicker basket that was being used to store toys. This one cubby has adequately replaced both with room to spare. I included the picture to show what we keep in the bins and how it looks over all. The directioy are incredibly easy, just one image really and I put it together in about 15-20 mins.

It's so worth it. A must have! I was hesitant to buy this seeing all the negative reviews, but they couldn't be more wrong. The plastic is thicker and durable which is great for kids. The steel poles are quality. The sides are cheaper but it works. With a screwdriver it took me 15 minutes, and I'm someone that struggles putting Ikea furniture together. My little girl loves it. Came in three days with all pieces and nothing broken. It's the perfect size to hold toys but not so big that it takes up a lot of room. In pictures my little girl is 14 months. I highly recommend.

For the most part it's a quality (relative to cost) item. On a positive note it is very sturdy when assembled properly. What I don't really like about it is that the front and back bars that hold the bins in place are not vertically offset so the bin doesn't naturally sit at an angle. This might not seem like that big of deal but it causes the bins that are empty or mostly empty to pop out. This is frustrating as an adult and more so if your child is trying to pick up their toys and the bins are dumping them back on the floor. Bottom line is it's a decent storage solution but not great for items that are taken out and played with frequently.

I never write reviews, unless I'm really happy with the product...I'm really happy with this product. It was so simple to build, and put together. Is it perfect? No. Some of the areas were a little scratched up, the bins were dirty (I would've wiped them down anyway so no biggie), but for the price, I expected much cheaper quality. The thing I love the most about this: the kids can actually see and find their toys to play with, instead of them disappearing into an endless sea of toys in the old bin I had. Well worth the price point it's at and highly recommend for people with bins filled with toys you can't even see or find!
