Excellent, compact, accurate cooking thermometer!

Very compact and accurate cooking thermometer. Finally I do not OVERcook fish, chicken, pork and beef! Easy to clean and store, and the numbers are big enough to read.

I was going to give it a five star but after one month of good used it completely die on me. First,its not fully water resistance. I accidently drop it in 4 inches of water and Luckily i got it out on time. It stop working but i got it completely dry and it work again. Second time,i drop it and that was it for it. The thermometer die. its very fragile. The plastic is cheap and so thin, its not impact resistance the niddle bends very easily. I try to change the battery but no use. Very disappointed.
Permanently "low battery"

I purchased 3 of these thermometers, assuming they would be the same quality that we have gotten from our kitchen equipment supplier, but not one of the 3 works! The all came in with "low batter" display so we purchased all new batteries and they continue to have the "low battery" display. These are obviously faulty. I couldn't find a place to register a complaint so I guess this is the only option. Don't buy them.

I bought 3 for my work, one quit working, I emailed the company and the lady was very quick with a response, she sent me a replacement out real quick and didn't even make me send the broken one back, which I would have gladly done. The thermometers work wonderfully, have a quick temp read, Im very happy and will buy from them again.

Excellent thermometer. Fast, accurate, and lasts a long time. This may seem like a small thing, but the clip to keep it secure in my pocket is one of the best features. Too many other thermometers either fall out by the pocket clip, or the actual instrument falls out of it's sheath when bending over.
I've had some of these for as long as 18 months, and never once need to be calibrated.
Batteries are standard so they're easy to purchase and easy to change. I can never remember how to change from Celsius back to Fahrenheit (after a battery change), and always have to look it up. It's not as easy as you'd think... that's my only criticism.
