For an average sized woman- 5'5", 115lbs- this was way too big and floppy. When I used it, I had to fold the collar in half and pin it into place. And it still spun around my neck all night. I ended up taking the cuffs and bow tie off before the event was over.

I had to do some cutting and sewing to get this to look right. Very cheaply made. I shortened the width of the cuffs and the width of the neck cuff. Lengths were fine. cheap felt sewn on as buttons, easily replaced with an actually button if you have the time. For the price, it got the job done; until I have time to thrift shop for a shirt and make my own real ones.
