Used this to replace the old solenoid on my 2003 Murray Select 425600x8A riding mower (original solenoid part# 094613). Before this I had been using a large insulated screwdriver to bridge the terminals. This is much better! 10 min out with old in with new. Mower now starts right up.

Bought this to replace my OEM 1999 Murray solenoid (p/n 7701100MA). Lawn tractor model is a 42" 42591x8B model. This replacement works great and is 100% plug and play with the original wiring. 10 min or less to install including cleaning up the wire contacts. Recommend using some dielectric grease when you put it together and make sure the 2 mounting screws are clean to make a good ground with the chassis. Comparison photo of new and original. New one is slightly shorter.

Exactly what I needed. I have an old Murray model 465306X8 with a 46 inch deck and a 21HP briggs and stratton engine. It's getting harder and harder to find parts for this old beast, but this worked perfectly!
