This is a call for small open fields. Sound is pretty low on it and no jack for external speaker. The sounds are great they are the same sounds on my icotec gc series. It will work just not very loud.

This is similar to my old one that I lost. It has great sound for the size and is easy to carry in your gear bag, but I really wish it had a clip on the back like my old one did. Ya don't want it falling down and clanking in the deer stand and making a loud thump, so a clip on the back would have made it even better. I liked to attach my old one to the camp netting, or something nearby in order have easy access to it. You never know when a tote is gonna cruise by very quickly when deer hunting, so I like to grab this and set it off, and usually it will bring them back in to their demise.
