I've been prone to hip flexor tears for years, but in the past couple it has gotten much worse...crippling at times. Add on piriformis syndrome, hip weakness and sciatica and it's a big mess. I'm on the road to recovery, but therapy and working out is painful, so often times it didn't happen. This has made the difference I needed! Thank God! It's fully adjustable and comfortable to wear. The neoprene does get hot and a little sweaty, but who cares when you can walk without hobbling? The band provides the stability my hips need, so guess what? No piriformis strain means no inflammation which means no irritation of sciatica. Yay! Now I can focus on the cause of all this...the hip flexor. The leg wrap keeps my flexors in place and allows healing and proper gait. I'm walking more, working out with weights and doing yoga. I feel so much better!

Far more difficult to put on than expected almost need 2 people. It wraps well but the Velcro Fromm the bottom will stick to the top when trying to put on which gets frustrating. I found in order to get it to lay smooth against the leg without gaps you need to keep moving it and unlocking it until you get all sides smooth. Once finally on and not bulging it does stay put and you and can walk around without issues or it moving. If you take your time putting it on it will work very well for you

This product has been very helpful for me. I'm trying to heal after tearing the cartilage in my hip socket and the support has been good without being restrictive. I was actually surprised at just how much the support has helped. As others noted, it is fully adjustable. I was hesitant to order it at first but after looking at various groin supports I chose this one because the velcro fastened on the outside instead of inside my leg. Thus there is no chafing. The fabric is soft and doesn't catch on dry skin. The added bonus to this design is that I get support for the disc issues I have in my lower back.

5'3"/ 125lbs/ I lift weights and have an athletic body type. Recently, I injured myself with deadlifting, and experienced awful pain in my right butt cheek, followed with sciatic nerve pain from my lower back down to behind my knee. This wrap allowed me to create the adequate tension/pressure I needed & support, so I could drive and sit without experiencing the constant Charlie horse like feeling. 5 stars, If there was more support in the band, that wraps around the back, & if I could get a better fit around my quad. No regrets!
So glad I took a chance on this! Great relief for tender thigh and pelvis muscles.

I love this thing! I pulled or over-stretched a few muscles in groin/upper thigh area (adductors) and I've started doing stretches and therapy to fix them and during the day I wear this on whichever side is the most tender that day. It's quality construction and after a few minutes you kinda forget that you're wearing it... except when you notice the discomfort is gone. The neoprene material (at least I think that's what it is) kinda keeps your body heat in and so it warms the muscle and when this wrap is applied correctly and snugly, I notice I have better range of motion and my sore muscles don't bother me as much. I'm not sure how people in the reviews are wearing two at a time (one for each leg) but I see how it could be done. It might be just a little bulky across the tummy/pelvis area.
