Great wheel, missing key parts

The wheel is nice. Unfortunately, it was missing three of the four bold holding the hubs together. Easily fixed, but didn;t notice until wheel was mounted and we went to inflate it. Involved going to hardware store and purchasing additional bolts/nuts. Cost me several hours of headache I didn't need. So, check it out of the box.

The tires started to blow after a short time. It may be fine for lightly loaded units but not a heavy duty tire.

Heavy duty wheels I used on mobile podium for our drum major. The wheel locks are OK but we ended up needing blocks around the wheels as well

As other reviewers noted, under load (about 600 pounds across 4 casters), the caster will not swivel properly, you have to kick the tire to get it pointed in the direction you want to roll. Usable but a pain in the butt.

Went to roll my Cart with these tires out today, two tires flat, the other two low air. One of the flats has a blowout in the middle of the tread, it's toast. Unfortunately I've got a 50 gallon bulk diesel tank sitting on it that is almost full of fuel, not sure how I'm going to replace the tire.

Two out of three tires busted. They are only welded, lightly, on one side of the axle. I got two replacements and am definitely expecting them to break too. The worst part is, that, I had to take the feeding section of my chicken tractor apart to replace those tires, Now they want me to take it apart again. Since the first time, the food now leaks out and can only get worse by my taking it apart again. I can only take it apart when the food runs out. Then, still, I expect them to break again. I was hoping to get a hold of the Waxman company to figure this out, but Amazon doesn't allow it. Sucks!
