I was so excited to find this when my favorite blender died

I was so excited to find this when my favorite blender died! At the referral of a friend, I decided to buy this instead of replacing my old blender. OMG! I think I am in love! Not only do I not have to worry about over making a smoothie and pouring it down the drain, I can make multiple different smoothies for myself and my son and put just the right amounts in each cup! No more pouring money down the drain. I love that this thing is so portable, too. No more taking up all kinds of counter space. I cannot say enough about all of the cool little things I can do with this baby! I'm off now to explore making salsas and hummus!

The Magic Bullet works so much better than the average blender. Never leaves anything I make uncut or watery. Perfect for making smoothies and milkshakes. Very easy to use. Extra cups are great as well, as I can have multiple beverages in both the freezer/fridge. And I enjoy the selection of blades. Also, this item is very easy to store as it is small and doesn't take up a lot of space like a blender. As for cleaning all you need is to just put a drop of soap in it with hot water and blend it and everything gets clean and you never need to use a sponge.

My family uses this product almost daily- it's been about 6 months. We use it to scramble eggs, make salsa, smoothies, mix pancake mix, milkshakes. It struggles with non liquid items like crushing cookies or graham crackers to crumbs. It works best when you have a mixture of liquid/solids. Crushes frozen fruit amazingly- love the smoothies. Very smooth. Little to no chunks. We love this so much we ordered another one as a gift. The cups are really easy to clean, dishwasher safe. We take smoothies to work every morning now because of how quick and easy it is.

This is my second Magic Bullet. The first I purchased from the original infomercial. It lasted ten years. While the price has come down, I received more pieces. It was well worth the money. I used a knock off for a few years but when we began whizzing hot coffee it leaked, sending me back to the original. Our Magic Bullet lives on the counter. We use it every morning to blend coconut oil into coffee. It comes with a book of recipes which will shift your thinking on buying prepared dishes - hummus, cheesecake, margaritas - yum!
Solid little single serve blender

I purchased this little blender almost a year ago, use it pretty frequently, and it's still going strong. I got the MBR-1701 version, and have had pretty good experiences with it. The main issue I have is the little plastic sealer ring coming loose and getting wrapped around the blender blades. This is mostly preventable by carefully screwing the cap on and making sure to stop blending immediately if you notice the blades catch. Other than that little snafu I haven't had any issues with it. The key is really to understand the limitations of the motor, and to follow the guidelines. Don't run it for more than 60 seconds at a time, and if you smell it burning, stop, and check it out.
