I have 3 indoor cats, but plenty of strays that I feed on my porch. Only one flea needs to get in and that's typically what happens here.
First you have to understand the life cycle of the flea. If you comb your cats when they have fleas, you may not see the eggs, but most of the eggs fall off into their bedding. It's impossible to keep up with because cats' bed literally everywhere. This is why my system works. But I get fleas every year and it's been a struggle until I found this spray.
Like I said, when you comb your cats, you'll see fleas, of course, but also flea dirt. What this is - is blood meal. Adults eat blood off your cat, then they lay eggs which can be killed with Precor. Then they turn into Larvae. These are little worms that you can see on the comb. They are invisible to the eye until they feed. They feed on blood like open wounds when your animal scratches off scabs from adult flea bites. They also eat the feces of adult fleas which is just dried blood (Flea Dirt). Next, they go into a Cocoon stage. This stage is the real problem even though it only contains 10% of a flea infestation.
Once in the Cocoon stage, they can't be killed by anything basically. So, the only way to rid your home of them is by vacuuming. This stage can last 3 to 6 months. Be aware of this. Keep vacuuming everything in your house when you vacuum to rid your house of these things because when they come out of that cocoon, even if only a few survive, they will be adults and can feed and lay eggs. They lay 50 eggs a day, so when you think you've gotten them all, you might slack off on vacuuming everything. Leave one or 2 of these cocoons around and you'll be at it again in a few months.
Here's my system.
Get Capstar pills and Precor 2000. Give a Capstar pill to your animal. About an hour after that, begin vacuuming your house. Get it really good to get as many eggs as possible and vacuum your house really good. Wash and change all your bedding and cat bedding. Use HOT, Soapy Water.
When your bed is down to the mattress, spray the mattress and behind the bed board if it's against a wall.
Close your bedroom door to keep the animals out for about 3 hours.
Then put your animals in the bedroom for about 3 hours while you've sprayed the rest of the house.
Give a Capstar pill to your pet every other day. I have 3 cats, so a 12 CT worked fine for me.
Vacuum your house every day for a week if you can. Spray it all one more time with Precor 2000.
But remember 2 things: You MUST kill the fleas on your animal first. Also remember the time period of the cocoons. Once these buggers are gone, they aren't really gone. Keep vacuuming everything once a week or so to get them ALL!

Tried alpine spray and it didn't work as well as this one. In retrospect should have bought the precor 2625 spray given size of house.
Read about how to get rid of fleas. It takes preparation to do spray. If pets, need to treat too and also outside.
I used the terro flea traps for monitoring and after this spray, there were no adult fleas. Plan to spray in another 2 weeks.
Of note, I did spray wearing nitrile gloves, long sleeves, and a full face gas mask with a combined p100/chemical filter. This stuff is strong so please make sure to wear protection including a mask and eye protection. I have hard wood floors mostly - sprayed everything and also into cabinets. No major issues on the floors after spraying. Did notop the floors for a month to keep the residua spray on. After mopping, plan to repeat spray.
For outside, I had two companies spray. First used just permethrin and second used permethrin with igr (insect growth regulator) with a spray back blower. I used bifen i/t and tekko pro (which is photostable) with a hand sprayer and end hose sprayer. For garage and basements and concrete used fenvastar eco cap (this works better on that type of surface). Of note, this precor spray for the house also has igr. This is very important to kill developing fleas both inside and outside. Also used food grade diamatecous earth on brick patio to get the crevices and in window seals.
If spraying outside or using diamatecous earth, make sure you have a couple of non-rainy days to spray for full effect.
Overall all this can be purchased on Amazon and other places. Fleas were difficult to kill and wasted money on many other products. These work including this precor house spray.

Took some time but it does work

My family had a very bad flea infestation indoors that started some time in 2021. I was away for college for the worst part of it, and eventually, they had to call an exterminator, but like most cases the fleas came back. By the time I moved back home(summer 2022) the fleas were only noticeable to me because I'm guessing my family developed a tolerance for flea bites. So, as I was the only one affected by them now, I started cleaning religiously to get rid of them. I was stupid and for months tried different flea products from walmart but nothing was working. After some research, I chose this product to help me get rid of those little b**ches. It wasn't that big of an infestation this second time because we no longer had furry animals, but I, in my heart, believe they were feeding and surviving off of my family and me. I recommend (I'm pretty sure the instructions say this too) to spray about every 10 days, and make sure you deep clean the areas you will be spraying before you actually start. My family lives in an old trailer home with about 80% wood floors and the rest is carpet. The problem with this product on wood floors is that it does leave a semi sticky film on top that never seemed to dry or go away, so after about a week you get dust and dirt stuck to your floors where you sprayed (you can see this in the pictures sort of). This happens much faster in areas we always walk through like the hallways, so the spray becomes ineffective. The fleas were also only appearing is areas that had wood floors. This was dealt with weekly-ish mopping and spraying, but because my family and I are busy, I did miss a couple weeks at a time. I first used this product in April and it is now mid July. It has been about 3 weeks since I last got bit but it was by a straggler that was slow and jumping funny. This last spray I did today was for good measure. Lastly, please be safe and follow the instructions. Make sure not to make contact with this stuff. I accidentally got some on my finger tips once and it tingled/made my finger tips numb but I washed immediately, so I'm okay. I honestly wouldn't feel safe with this stuff around animals with the spray on wood floors(like I said, it never seemed to dry). But, carpet should be fine. I've treated the carpeted rooms like 3 times just in case, but we never saw fleas or got bit in there, so I'm also taking that as a good sign. Overall, good product, just make sure you stay on top of things to make it work faster and better.
Amazed and elated!

This product does exactly the way its advertised! Our cats and dog get fleas every year since we're living in a woody and grassy area. Ultimately they also get into the house, but one application, (second one we'll do in about 3 weeks) has eliminated them ALL!! This will be the second time we've used it and it won't be our last! It covers a pretty large area and kills all stages of the fleas including the eggs. Buy this if you have a flea problem in your home!!!!

This is a bit more than a single product review of Precor 2000 Plus. Since moving out into the boonies of the South, my cats have been feeling the call of their wild ancestors deeply and escaping outside only to return covered in ticks or fleas. This year has been especially wet in the banjo depths of nowhere swampland, so the fleas are getting more resilient and the fleas meds I was buying just didn't cut it (don't waste your money on PetArmor, it sucks). They were driving me crazy with scratching and flea dirt. Everything was getting infested with them. So first... I bought generic Capstar and a different flea topical than I usually get, Advecta. It's supposedly equivalent to Advantage. I gave the cats the Capstar rip-off tablets wrapped in cheese. After one day, I put the topical on them. It seemed to be working well. However, all the fleas started to vacate the cats and converge in my carpet, chairs, blankets, bathroom, beds... I was getting bit up and frustrated. I was paranoid that fleas were on me even outside the house. I caved and went to the store to buy the only flea spray they had in stock, which was Black Flag in a purple can. It claims you can spray directly on pet bedding and even your dog, but I have never attempted to use it on my pets. I prefer the nozzle that sprays upside down, but Black Flag cans have some kind of horn shape and I ended up wasting a third of the can because of defects in design. I used two cans and didn't see immediate results. Fleas were still jumping on me, but I suppose it was delayed. I did notice the flea numbers had reduced a little, but after a day, more of them hatched. Two days after spraying, I placed an order for this Precor 2000 Plus and was still waiting on delivery. I was done playing games. I read a lot of reviews about washing everything and cleaning meticulously... and legit knew I wasn't doing ANY of that. I put all my minimal supply of effort into my job. I work from home, 10+ hour days. I bought a self cleaning litter box... clearly I don't have the spoons for that much scrubbing and vacuuming. I bought 2 cans, prepared to spray the crap out of my house for weeks, on my lunch breaks if I had to. I got the cans in and I did throw the cats into a room for a while and did a single pass perimeter spray for most of the rooms, along the edges, around furniture and under it. Then on any room where I had previously had fleas jumping on my legs, I did two spray passes over the entire surface of the carpet or floor. While that dried, I sprayed the couch, chairs and stripped my bed to the mattress and sprayed that down. I let them dry, put the sheets on and then the top cover, which I sprayed the surface of. My cats sit on my bed, so I figured fleas would just converge there on unsprayed bedding. Once it was dry, I didn't smell anything. I haven't seen a living flea since spraying. This stuff is working 100 times better than the store spray already and I haven't even used a third of the first can. I was worried about using furniture that was sprayed, but I haven't noticed anything weird. It might be less repeat treatments to do all the cleaning people recommend, but if you don't have the time or energy, this stuff will still work well. Just expect to have to spray more and order accordingly.
