This sauna originally was received with a defective control panel ------the LED lights on both sides of the panel did not illuminate properly, making it difficult to set the time and temperature. The left speaker wire was not connected. Two upper (ceiling) wood frames were poorly joined together.
Everything else worked really well. This is truly one fine looking sauna. The speakers sound good (I simply reconnected the loose wire) when playing through the connected mp3 player hookup in the ceiling and when playing through the provided bluetooth connection interface. There is plenty of room for two adults ( 5'8" and 5'6") and enough room for two people a few inches taller than we are. The heat is even and gets up to the desired temperature (about 120 degrees) in about 15 minutes. You won't believe the wonderful light show that you can program coming from the ceiling. Here is the most important part of this review: THE FINE FOLKS THAT MADE THIS SAUNA STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND WILL TRULY HELP THE CUSTOMER. IN OUR CASE, THEY SHIPPED A NEW CONTROL PANEL AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE WITHIN ABOUT 3 DAYS OF OUR REQUEST. IT WAS REALLY SIMPLE TO TAKE OUT THE OLD PANEL AND REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE. IT WORKED PERFECTLY.

What I wanted, what I needed, good value. Having to set up a dedicated line was not ideal but it keeps it safe.

I bought this as a present for my wife. It came in 2 large boxes on a crate. I had expected it to be a job putting it together. I'm pretty good at assembling things, so I figured I could do it with my wife helping hold things. So, while she was at the gym, I figured I'd start unpacking everything, and she could help when she got home. As I started pulling out the pieces, I started doing what I could do while waiting on my wife. Well, before I knew it she was home, and all I had left to do was install the towel rack and door handle. It literally took about an hour and a half to completely put together by myself. I was pretty shocked.
As for the unit itself, my wife loves it. She gets in almost every night, and couldn't be happier. Speakers work great with her ipod, the control panel is straight forward and easy to use, And with it having windows on the sides as well as the door, it isn't claustrophobic. There is enough room for her to put her back against one side and her feet up on the bench and relax (she did get a back rest for this). All in all, this is a great unit, and I highly recommend it for the price.
She also likes the carbon fiber as opposed to the ceramic plates. Says it is much better.

Excellent product. My only complaint is about the lower leg heater. I wish they could generate more heat.

I was so excited to receive my sauna and I was not disappointed! Delivery was a breeze and earlier than expected. Assembly took about an hour and I was ready to go. The leg heaters don't work quite as well as I would like, but the other heaters definitely make up for it. It gives a good sweat in a very comfortable environment. I love being able to listen to music and use my devices, makes the time fly by! The chromotherapy is soothing and relaxing. I've used the unit everyday. Helps with aches and pains, I get better sleep at night, my skin glows and I feel better overall. Highly recommend for the cost.
