I was hesitant to buy this container for my dogs' poop because i read it can't be returned and it is pricey. We'll, I'm glad i did! It is very thick material which i think will last for a long while outside. I use the 13 gal bags and it helps seal it better.

So far, this can seems mostly good. The plastic is sturdy, and it's the perfect size and shape for one day's waste.
I was a bit annoyed that it arrived with every edge sharp and jagged. Scratching skin or tearing gloves or the trash bag was a real concern. A few minutes with a sharp knife deburred the worst of it, but for this price, it should have come from the factory deburred.
Another annoyance is that the pedal only opens the lid to about 60 degrees. This means that some bending or stooping is required to dispose of some items.
Overall, the plusses (size, price, and simplicity) outweigh the minuses, so far. So, 4 stars.
