I read the reviews before I purchased last week and they were right on! Sturdy, great quality and versatile for several different types and sizes of meats. Used it for Thanksgiving for turkey breasts and ribs cooked separately in two different sizes of roasting pans and it adapted beautifully.

The dishes are nominally 9in X 13in (actually closer to 9 3/8 X 13 3/8 across the inside-top opening). There is about an 1/8th inch clearance at each long side.

I wish they made a small version of this rack. We have a 14 x 8.5" oval roasting rack for a different brand of pan that badly needs replacement and haven't been able to find anything worth getting to replace it. Why are these so hard to find? It's not as if people can afford to buy new roasting pans when the cheap racks usually provided wear out... Anyway, this one is amazing! Well worth the price.

I like it, but it is actually a bit too large for my large Kitchen Aide roaster. I can only use it for throw-away aluminum roast pans where I can bend out the sides of the roast pan a bit to accommodate its width. I did this recently when cooking a massive 27 lb turkey. It worked well for that bird.
