Its ok . My nursing uniforms somehow are always getting ink stains. It removes most of the stain like 3/4 but not all of the stain. Even after many washes. i used it right after the stain was made and as directed. Until something better comes around its ok. It is as good as hairspray, window spray, and rubbing alcohol tricks. its nice this is in cream form.

This was the 4th item that I purchased in order to remove black ink pen stains from my cream leather seat of my "new" car! It worked! It was well worth the price.

Wow! Removed baked on sharpie ink on furnace (written on years ago). I had tried other ink removers and none of them worked....performed beyond expectations...not material impact on the original paint.

I used this for black dry erase maker on my couch made of upholstery. I'd previously cleaned what I could with water and dish soap. That probably removed 90% of it. After it dried, I tried rubbing alcohol. The alcohol did not remove any marker that was left from cleaning it with soap and water. So, I thought I would try this product. It did not remove any of the leftover marker either. I read somewhere on one of the reviews to never use water but that was after I went searching to clean the left over marker. Anyways, it was my two year old son that got a hold of the marker and drew on my couch. Since I have kids that do use markers, pens, and crayons on places they shouldn't I'll keep it and clean up their messes. I bet this stuff would work well on clothes. I gave it three stars since it arrived on time and nothing was physically wrong with the package when I got it.
One thing, the instructions did say to have a cloth or paper towel underneath the fabric while rubbing it it so it bleeds on it. Clearly you can't do that with the upholstery on a couch.

This product works awesome! I tried this on a glove with a Black Sharpie and it removed it with no evidence of the black sharpie every being on there. Great product, and I would recommend it!
