I buy this stuff at the local grocery store for 50 cents a can. A lot of people turn their noses up at it, but I grew up eating it. It's good on white bread with loads of mustard.
The salt content makes it an occasional treat, but it's really no worse than bologna (or many other lunch meats). One can makes two sandwiches, for me.
