Product arrived within the promised time frame and is exactly as represented.

This is the lamest kitchen item I have ever bought. So it is a square cotton fabric bottom about 2"tall,with a square top that rests on it,it can go over it but most bread won't allow it to fold over the bottom. If you have small rolls,flat bread,slices, you can lay them in it? Doesn't fit anything I have tried so far. Worse than being too short for bread, it has a flimsy pillow in it,nothing to warm up,it doesn't have closure of any kind so keeping it warm for "up to an hour" is about 5 minutes in a house with a.c. it is truly worthless. If I bought a stone for heating, it may last 20 min. But this thing cannot close and so even if there was something that retained heat,it would not matter.

This really does keep buns warm for an hour. A friend had me order one for her when she had Thanksgiving dinner at my home.

This Bread Warmer works well and also works for my main need - defrosting from the freezer. I use a low temp on the microwave and wrap the bread (mostly buns) in a small piece of terrycloth towel. Would give this 5 stars except that I do would like to have a plastic storage container that it would slip into and out of more easily than the one it is packaged in. So far have not found a storage bag that nicely fits this size.

Lightweight and perfect when waiting on company or taking to church suppers!
