I work at a site in Africa and the canteen food gets repetitive over time. Also, on some nights I am just too tired to go to the canteen. My solution, take a pack of the chicken, put it in a glass bowl with two packs of chicken flavored ramen noodles and pour boiling water over it. If I have some canned corn, I'll toss that in also. Make a great filling meal and the saltiness of the ramen noodle flavor pack provides just the right amount of seasoning for the chicken.
Overall a very convenient and tasty way to have a shelf-stable protein with very little waste or weight. Price is good too!
