The white label can is the perfect amount of adhesive and so easy to work with.

I originally bought 2 cans at Walmary. The label colors were different, but the labels said the same thing. The white label was a perfect amount of adhesive, no odor at all, easy to work with, and didn't gum up the needle. I did a 60"x72" lap quilt with 3/4 can. I used the blue label can next. It was like a completely different product. The adhesive was way too sticky, the smell was strong, and it was very hard to work with compared to the first can. It didn't gum up the needle though. I only order the white label cans now. I have quilted for years, always pinning the quilt sandwich. After using this on a couple of quilts, I don't see myself pinning again. You wash the quilt when it's done, then iron it. It looks and feels great.

I use this to baste my quilts together. It's a little expensive to do it this way, but it is faster than pinning and your quilt stays together through the process very well.

I'm sure the product works as intended. The can came in the box with the lid off and cracked. I intended on it being a gift for a new quilter. I am aware that this could've happened in shipping.
