shaped like a rectange/semi-flex plastic material
LL•November 28, 2017
Hard plastic and not very flexible but fits my car specs. I imagine in a few years it will crack and break. Even the mechanic who installed this along with the washer pump was frustrated or disappointed with the material and flexibility so much he had to voice his opinion and bitched about the cars company having using such poorly made products that will not last for long. But it is what it is and it worked and matched up with my car.

Not as described the tee is to fit hose inside of it instead of on the outside of the tee. Does not work for Ford F- 150
Product broke after about a month

Product broke after about a month. I had to try to glue it back together, as the hose components separated from each other at one of the joints. The Amazon return window is 30 days. Wasted money.
Time will tell

Re-reading other comments, I see that what I bought (windshield washer hose) is to replace the tubing from the strut / shock absorber tower to the nozzles located on the hood. What had happened to mine was that the hard tubing (original) had broken near the point it goes into the hood, probably because it had become too brittle due to the heat in the engine compartment. This is in a 2002 Sable.
The broken hose had been replaced with some clear vinyl tubing and cemented with GOOP so it would stay connected. Additionally, I used some vinyl electricians tape (because it was handy) to hold the tubing away from the engine. A section of the hose I installed had to be replaced recently, so I ordered this arrangement. It is NOT what I needed. I cannot get to the point where the hose connects to the windshield washer pump; it's inside the shock tower. Therefor, I have to splice into some of the original plastic tubing, using it as connectors.
The hose barbs I ordered may be sufficient to connect some of the windshield washer tubing I have ordered. This part I will keep in case the tubing it is designed to replace starts to leak. I'll update this when required.

Super simple stuff!

Super easy to install! The windshield wiper fluid line in my 2002 Ford Taurus had broken. Me, being the do-it-yourself type of guy, (for better or for worse) I ordered the part myself right here off of Amazon. It took me a total of 2 minutes to fully install the line, which includes the extra trip I had to make back into the house to get the keys I'd forgotten to grab. All in all, if you have an issue with your existing part, I fully recommend both purchasing this part and flexing your inner grease monkey by conducting this minor repair.
