Possibly the best purchase I've ever made online. I read hundreds of reviews on Amazon and elsewhere in doing my research for a retro-fit bidet attachment and the product reviews for this were far above all the rest. I am SO happy with this product (and the great quality for the price!), it truly changed my life. I never would have considered buying this but after developing a medical condition I began to research these. It's a lifestyle change to use it, and a super positive one. This is not really the place to discuss intimate details of why this thing is so great, but please trust me, and the other reviewers who have been impressed.

I am a 55 year-old woman and installed this myself in about 30 minutes of easy, non-frustrating time. It tucks out of the way so if there is only one toilet in the house your guests won't be intimidated by it. And for those guests who dare to try it, they also will love it. I wish I had discovered this thing years ago. I will definitely order again when I need to move house as I can not imagine life without it. I know I'm gushing about a bidet attachment and that sounds strange even to me, but it really is that good.
GoBidet is basic but does the job extremely well!

Ok, so I don't usually write reviews but in this case I think it is worthwhile. Let me give a little background first please. The first time I ever had the opportunity to use a bidet was in Hawaii about 8 months ago. Apparently there are so many tourists from Japan and other Far East countries that use bidets that hotels and resorts have installed them in their bathrooms. It was a new experience but it made me realize that a bidet could be very useful. I don't know that I would have ever seriously considered buying one because of the price. So many of the bidets I found on the web were $500 and up. Of course the reason they are that expensive is because they would have heated water, blowers for drying and remote controls for those things. And then you have to have electrical power which could cost $300 to add to a bathroom stall. And then you might need a plumber to install the thing. So, I was looking at a $1000 or more for a bidet. I really liked the things, but I don't think so.

Recently, it was determined that I needed major back surgery. My doctor said recovery could take awhile, I would not even be allowed to drive for 6 weeks. Preparing for the weeks of recovery and knowing how painful and debilitating surgery can be, made me think of how I would be able to perform daily functions.

After running across the GoBidet and reading a lot of good reviews, I took the plunge and bought one to help out through surgery. It is the best $90 I ever spent. It may not blow dry, have heated water or a remote control, but it seriously does the job. If you are wondering about water power, rest at ease. My brother, who was installing it, left the valve wide open when we turned the water back on. It shot straight up and hit the 10 foot ceiling. Some people have said it corrodes easily. I bought the chrome one a month ago and it still looks new. It is very easy to use, just reach down with your right hand and pull a small lever that moves the arm from the edge of the bowl to the center. Then gently pull another small lever that starts the water to whatever pressure you want, from a trickle to a pretty strong jet.

Don't get me wrong, I would like to have the blower and warm water. Only you can decide if that is worth a $1000. If this ever breaks, I will buy another one in a heartbeat!!
Out of 3 different bidet purchases, this is only one I'll review

I tried 3 of these bidets - one for main bathroom, this Go Bidet in the Guest bathroom, and a third out in the shop. The Go Bidet is the mid-priced model, and I'm going to get another one for my main bathroom and get rid of the $450 'upgrade' in there. I don't know if Go Bidet is made in USA, but I did have to work with the people - they sent me a replacement part, no questions asked. Very good company. Anyway, it feels like good ol' American service and quality all the way through - very nice chromed metal, has a heat option, works just fine on the cold water. I've had this in service for nearly a year now - my main concern is durability. The cheaper ... foreign made product out in the shop has failed. replacement failed. The Awesomely Overpriced product in my main bathroom is now stiff and not usable. we have hard water, I don't use a water softener. the overpriced product has build up grime on it's output that gross to clean. so... you know, it doesn't get cleaned. This Go Bidet product is MUCH simple and sanitary to clean. We'll be buying more of these. Thanks for doing it right folks!
Good product but has some issues

Bought one of these back in 2020 because of the TP shortage (had used Bidets in Thailand).
Selected this one because I didn't want a hand-held one and all of the others look like they spray from the back. This one sprays straight up and you can move it around during use.
Marked as made in China for those who are wondering.
Mine had no instructions in package but I've been dealing with toilet connections all my life. Just take your time. Had no problems with it fitting under the seat or with leaks at the t connector like others are complaining about.
Drawbacks are that it's hard to clean. And the valve started dripping when on after 6 months or so. Looks like it uses a faucet valve cartridge but I didn't bother with trying to fix it, just put a plastic bowl under it. Already had plunger and toilet brush down there.
Sold the house and didn't take it off so I'll be getting another one soon.

One recommendation that has nothing to do this the bidet. If you change the hoses, get new ones with metal nuts, not plastic ones. Had a hose blow off in the middle of the night. Luckily I was home and it woke me up eventually.
Great bidet!

My parents have had these for over a decade, and I just installed my first. My plumbing experience is next to nil and I had little trouble. I would recommend four things that will make your life easier during installation and troubleshooting. 1. Watch the Bidet King video on YouTube. It was really helpful. 2. Plastic wrap the whole toilet seat before troubleshooting. The pressure setting is sensitive, and you are very likely to soak yourself or the ceiling. It is also nice to be able to run it at full pressure to see if there are any points on the housing that need to be tightened down. 3. Your own plumber's tape. The included plumber's tape just kept rolling in on itself and I quickly ran out. 4. 5/8 & 11/16 crescent wrenches for tightening the hoses and other fittings.

As for the cleaning ability, I was impressed by the amount of pressure even though our house is older and has lower pressure. Getting clean should not be a problem. If you have fairly high water pressure, beware when you are first using it. You may clean way more than you intended. Seriously, with higher water pressure constipation is not an issue.

It is possible to get replacement parts. This makes this unit a good choice for long term use.
