I ordered these while I had the flu, so needless to say my brain was not totally with me. I thought I had ordered a bottle of caplets but when they arrived, very quickly, I will add, I was a bit surprised to see individual packets. My first thought was, I was sent the wrong item. Nope, my own 'sick' mistake which turned out to be very good. I didn't realize how handy these would become. So much easier to grab a couple when I go out somewhere than finding a new baggie each time. Also a nice way to ensure you're not spreading germs to someone else if they ask for some Tylenol. I like that the company put their phone number on top of the box in large numbers-very easy to find if you have questions. I have very bad hands due to an accident but was impressed at how easy these are to open when following the instructions. Each packet is also printed with the expiration date, so you're not left wondering if they are still fresh. I didn't find the price to be much different that what I usually pay for Tylenol so I will continue to use these.
Need scissors to open the packets.

Only complaint is that you need scissors to open the packets (of 2 pills inside each packet). If you're on the go, most of us don't carry a scissor everywhere with us all day. They should be easy to tear open if in packets and meant for taking while traveling or out of the home?

I have used Tylenol for a few years now due to a kidney problem (can't use any other pain killers). However, I was shocked to receive a box of individually packaged doses. When I first picked up the package containing this item, I thought it was empty. I will have to be more vigilent in reading the descriptions before I order again. Also, Tylenol's individual package is very difficult to open without a scissors. There is a small notch at the top of each package, but it didn't work for me. This would not be something to carry in my purse unless I had a nail clippers also enclosed.
