Love the cereal!
It's healthy, it's low in sugar, it keeps the crunch even with milk on it, it's great to eat dry as a snack. It's a Wonderful cereal--Yummy! Has lots of pieces of dried fruit, which is nice. Most companies skimp on additives like that because they do cost more.

My only complaint is that it's not very much cereal (quantity) for the price. It's overpriced, but everyone's trying to make their buck these days.
Not as Hearty as Expected; Tastes Similar to the Original Flavor of Kellogg's Special K Cereal ...

I love Nature's Path Heritage Flakes and their Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola, so I had high hopes for their "Nature's Path Organic Cereal, Multigrain Oat" variety. This particular cereal did not live up to my expectations. I liked that each serving contained only 2 grams of sugar, even though the cereal tasted much sweeter than one would think a cereal containing that small amount of sugar would taste. While it has 5 grams of fiber per serving, the same amount as their other cereals and brands of bran flakes, it tasted similar to the original variety of Kellogg's Special K Cereal. The flakes were not hearty and did not stand up to Greek yogurt, which I use instead of milk, on cereals. Within minutes of stirring the yogurt into the cereal, the flakes had begun to lose their crisp texture.

I purchased these flakes from Amazon for $38 with the 15% Subscribe and Save discount. The price has since risen to $50 for six bags in the Eco-packaging. If you are looking for a hearty, tasty cereal that contains the same amount of fiber as this one, I would recommend purchasing Nature's Path Heritage Flakes. These are okay, but not good enough to warrant the current purchase price or continuing the Subscribe and Save subscription.

I like the taste. These cost less here on Amazon thatn Whole Foods so I think I'll keep buying the 6 pc set from here :)
It would be nice to see more pecan bits though.

We never thought we would ever enjoy a bowl of oatmeal that was better than Quaker Oats, but this one definitely comes in first. Every flavor and type we have tried has been delicious.
Good brewer's yeast vehicle

If you are a maple lover - and I am - this is a good choice. And it's not too sweet. It's also an excellent vehicle for my Swanson's brewer's yeast - one tablespoon(half the daily amount). The brewer's yeast merges well with the maple flavor. I'm glad I bought 6 boxes. I eat it almost every day.
