Seems to fit perfectly. Hole on top allows me to insert mineral stick much easier. Only concern is whether the open top allows too many things to run through the system without being filtered.

You have to have it for a hottub. Mine is a three person (actually more like two person but advertised as three person). That model works great in mine. I change it about three times a year because I drain it during the winter.
