Could not find chestmnut honey in my grocery stores. This product was exactly what my recipe called for.
Delicious

Absolutely wonderful...just as outstanding as the ''Forest'' honey. There is no other honey like it. I love all the products this company imports.
Perfect

Heaven!!!
A superior non-sugaring honey but I got a bad jar
willmaof2•February 23, 2016
I love chestnut honey for its intense honey taste. It is thick and a little goes a long way. The best thing about it may be that it doesn't "sugar", no matter how long you keep it. Unfortunately, when I opened this honey, I found that it had a pronounced bitter taste, accompanied by an artificial floral aftertaste. I didn't open it for 4 months because I had other honey to use up but the seal was unbroken and it was kept in a cool, dim place. I've had large jars of chestnut honey for far longer and opened jars for at least as long that remained delicious. I simply can't figure out what went wrong. My advice is to open and taste the honey within the 30-day return period.
Service fine... Taste... not so

I have no complaints regarding the service of ordering or receiving this product... just not able to develop a taste for it! Odd flavor but surely there are others who would enjoy it. I bought it for a cocktail by Chef Michael Symon and it is for flavoring a bottle of bourbon along with cinnamon sticks. Thank goodness for the cinnamon sticks as they help to mute some of the off flavor of the Chestnut Honey.
