For a sugar-free marshmallow, these have a nice flavor (although rather plain and mild) and the texture is what I remember for marshmallows (although maybe slightly more stiff). They are quite good when coated in chocolate or sliced and added to peanut butter, or whatever you enjoy marshmallows with. If you microwave them they do melt, but be VERY careful as they can burn very fast. I would not recommend trying to toast them or roast them, as that didn't seem to work very well (due to the fast burn, so you can't have them in the heat for too long). Note that there are not too many marshmallows in each bag -- approximately 10-11 per 2.7oz. Once you open the bag, they start going stale (getting stiffer) pretty fast, so make sure to transfer any uneaten to a resealable container. And always, as these are sugar-free, some people have issues if eaten in large quantities, so I advise caution in eating more than one in a sitting until you know how your body responds to them.

My 84 year old grandfather has been diabetic for over 40 years. After watching his mother and older brothers battle this disease, he chose to become extremely strict with what he ate and drank. He was complaining about not being able to enjoy sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving like his mother made when he was little, so we decided to give these a try. Granted, he hasn't had real marshmallows in probably 45+ years, but he was so happy with his sweet potatoes this Thanksgiving. He thought these were delicious and will be buying them again!!

Best marshmallows ever! I've purchased these many times. I have tried other marshmallows, my stomach did not feel very great after.

A bit pricey but if your looking for marshmallow flavor without the sugar these fit the bill.
