Great for making pickles from cucumber

Make my own pickles and use the dill with four quarts of water and pickling salt mixed with two bottles of red wine vinegar. Cucumbers ferment in the mixture for 24 hours. I stir constantly and the pickling takes effect and makes a nice pickle
