This garment bag was just OK. It's linen but came with a very strange smell. I put it in the dryer with the some scented dryer sheets but it still has a faint odor.
Great for road trips and short stays!

Washed this before my first use so as to prevent the linting issue others had mentioned. Then I ironed it to give it back some shape as it was definitely softened from the stiffness before washing. Used it on a long road trip to keep several items hanging in the back seat. Works wonderfully for this type of travel. However, I thought it might be smaller after washing so I measured the final dimensions. Even though I washed in cold water and air fluff dried, it did shrink. Before it was 22 inches wide, but after it was only 20 inches wide. Before washing it was 40 inches tall, after it was only about 35 inches tall. The thickness/depth seemed to be the same at about 3 inches. It is still quite long enough for blouses/shirts and pants, but the width is just barely enough for the width of shirts on hangers if you have more than about 6-8 items with sleeves that need to fit inside. Still, I love this soft garment bag, and I even purchased the velvet covered hangers to use with it to get better wrinkly free results without too much hanger bulk. I will be buying another one to compliment the one I already have.
Fit under the bed perfectly.

Simply put - they do the job. I really thought that there was a bit more stability with them, but that's totally my fault for not completely reading. I was able to put a really good amount of clothes in this bag, and still fit it under my bed. If folded properly, here's what I was able to fit in there, with room to spare - about 30 t-shirts, 4 hoodies, 2 pairs of pants. Another thing that I did not consider when purchasing this was it being waterproof. IF there happens to be a leak in my place, my clothes will get wet... but again, this is on me for not really thinking about it before I ordered.
It's A Bag Not A Box, And It's Great.

I have 3-4 of these and I'm ordering one more right now. I don't know why people give it a one-star rating for not being a box when it clearly states that it's a bag in the description. Our tiny house has no linen storage whatsoever, and these bags are the perfect solution. I have all of our extra sheets, blankets, pillows, and even my wrapping paper rolls stored in these and shoved under our California King sized bed. We have a standard issue box spring and mattress set that's on a pretty typical metal frame, and these bags fit under it no problem. I really like that they are just a tight weave cotton linen with no weird smelly plastic components that never seem to air out right and make whatever you're storing inside it stinky too. If you fill the suckers up like I do, there's no need for rigid sides anyway. They're more versatile as a bag, in my opinion. Definitely recommend.
Ok Soft Sided Storage - Good For Sweaters & Blankets

This is a pretty good storage box. As other reviewers have mentioned it is completely soft sided. I did think it might come with cardboard pieces to slide into the sides but it's all cloth. This being the case it's a bit tricky to slide under the bed - you have to do a lot of pushing. On the other hand, it does hold a lot and you can stuff it pretty full. It's great for packing away winter sweaters or blankets.
