These did the job we needed them to. We bought a set for my (at the time) 88 year old aunt to use for physical therapy rehab after her stroke. They were well made, durable and reliable. She got some good use out of these and they helped her make almost a full recovery!

I use this as an ankle weight for leg exercises. It is well made of a heavy vinyl material, well stitched together, and has a velcro strap. The steel pellet weights are more compact than my previous leg weight, making it easier to use. The single strap is also easier to deal with than the two straps on my other leg weight. My old leg weight was leaking sand that was contained in a thin plastic bag within the nylon case. This product with the substantial vinyl and steel pellets should last longer.

Hated the way this weight worked. If you tightened it up it became uncomfortable because the insude is vinyl. If you loosened the weight it slid around during exercise, again becoming uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

These are pretty good quality, which is good. The only thing to keep in mind, it's not exactly easy to wrap around your ankle. This 15 lb. weight is fairly heavy, so a bit difficult to wrap around. It would be nice to have some kind of latch/clip in order to easily tighten up. The fastener is made up of 100% Velcro, which is still durable, but just a bit tough to fasten and tighten up. I still like the weight since it's heavy enough and still stays on the leg.
