This is a very good drum: quite inexpensive, excellent construction and great versatility.
1. It's a lot cheaper than its equivalents LP, Tama, Meinl, etc.
2. Very well made, thick steel which guarantees a clear sound and good solidity.
3. Versatility: It may be tuned in a pretty wide range, allowing to be used as a timbale or a mini-tom.
Downsides: the drumhead is a proper one for a timbale, single-ply, but low quality as all brands do nowadays, so you will want to replace it as soon as possible.
