This really is a fairly priced, "cute" mat, but when it gets wet, the wet area darkens dramatically and does NOT lighten up when dry. I watered a plant near the mat and some of the water ran to the mat. That corner is much darker than the rest of the mat, and although is completely dry now, the area never lightened up to match the rest of the mat.

This is a lively yet sophisticated doormat with the dark colorful flip-flops. Good, solid thickness. The coir sheds a little. Only con is that the light colored background gets dirty with time, and then it doesn't look so nice anymore.
