Awesome game!

This game was very fin and very addicting! Once I started playing, I could not put it down. I wasn't expecting it to be that great since it is a PSP game, but I was completely wrong. There is somewhat free roam just in the town which I had fun just walking around and messing with the soldiers. The only con with this game is that it is short. I probably beat this game in about 6-8 hours. However, the game was still extremely fun.
Not a masterpiece but is not bad either

Is glitchy, i hate the camera angle and controls are okay once i got use to it. The game was more frustrating then challenging due the enemies being more twitchy compare the PS3/360 version
Okay now for the story itself - i played this for the story because i wanted to know more about Atlair. There is a story but it isnt much. And while the novel The Secret Crusade isnt canon it does a pretty good job on filling in the blanks. And there are many blanks and even covers Altair's life that was shown in Revelations.
Bottom line is a okay fill in leading to AC2 but I wish there was more story.

Difficult Controls

Having played the Assassin Creed game I thought this might be a fun addition to my collection. I did enjoy it at first. The graphics obviously aren't the greatest but it is on the PSP so I forgave it that. The biggest struggle I soon came to discover was the readability of the map. It is small and difficult to differentiate between a first story ledge and a third story. So mostly you have to go by sight and general direction. Also unless you are facing the direction you want to go exactly, you have a tendency to jump the wrong way and faceplant on the ground. So I missed being able to free run across the rooftops. Also the game has an irritating way of spawning guards and Templars when you begin to approach a target or quest item. There will only be three and then when you get closer there are now seven of them and if you so much as blink they'll leap on you and try to kill you painfully. It was still an entertaining way to past time but not nearly up to par with the PS3 or X-Box versions of the game.
It's a fun game!

The game is fun, and it's been something I've been trying to get my hands on for a while.
The gameplay is a little difficult at first but once you get the hang of it it's pretty fun to parkour through town. My only real issue is the camera movement and controls. They're a little harder to get a hang of than running around and it's difficult to use them especially when you're caught by guards.

its not better then the final fantasy crisis core[which im playing now] which is ridiculous for assassins creed .but um it just feels very familiar its like having the same experiences over and over jus slight differences.game glitches when tryna jump hell attempt to fall..i see this as a money scam to a degree either that or the psp is just a very limited console [which it probably is] the guy just feels alone in the world..and the combat isnt anything skilled ..acually the more i think about it i mighta givin it a extra star lol you know its just one of those your bored games i actually really dont like it that much but its not like this horrible game either..
