My wife likes this brand a lot. It tastes the best from the other brand that she has tried (Via Roma).
1tsp per 6oz water is on par with the rest of the brands
would give it 5 stars if the jars came bigger, because the price for a 2oz jar is too much when 7oz of Bustelo is cheaper than 3 jars of this, (and tastes better imho)

I have not had any of this as a beverage. I bought it for cooking and flavoring. I have made coffee ice cream, brownies, other desserts that call for a boost. I can't think of anything savory I have tried it in. I might throw some in cocoa to try that out. Has kept well in dark cupboard without clumping, dissolves readily even in not so warm cream base, just needs a little more stirring.

My hubby loves this...simplifies using constant coffee machine...I actually purchased for home made truffles ....but its going towards a good alternative ...

Love this espresso powder for making cold drinks. I use it to make iced coffees and it disintegrates beautifully in the liquid. Very effective for this use. Is also great in baking, adding intensity to a chocolate flavor. Great product.
