Love this as it holds my wife in a better upright position in her wheelchair without her falling forward or to the side. She indicates that it is comfortable and doesn't cut into her or feel like an obstruction to her arm or head movements. The only thing is that I should have ordered a small as this is somewhat large for her and her wheelchair but being as adjustable as it is, it still works fine.

Works really well although bought a medium and should have bought a small. Had thought we would need to allow for winter clothing thickness but it was more than large enough. Still works perfectly, though.
