This brand of reacher is the best and I have tried many. The end of this reacher will pick up a coin off the floor, clothes from the dryer, or a box of cereal off the shelf. The ones with the round rubber on the ends were not strong enough for my use. I have three of them, one on every floor and my elderly dad has several also. He cannot bend over so any time he drops anything he picks it up with his reacher....tissue, newspaper, pencil, etc. My first one came home with me from the hospital and I ordered the others online. Thank you for this product.

It's great. Not exactly like the standard model, but it fits in a carry on suit case., That means when traveling you don't have to ask someoone every time you drop a sock or a magazine while on vacation.

I got this reacher for my mom. She liked it so well that I got her a second one -- one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Since my mom broke her hip she cannot reach down easily for dropped objects. She can also reach high for objects with this tool. This great little tool is helping her keep her independence. She says it is also great for getting that sock that always seems to be stuck to the back of the dryer.
