It's a Proto mirror mounted on a cheesy, non-telescopic handle. Despite it's inability to scope in and out, desired rotation and angle can still be achieved by adjusting the tilt and swivel settings
You have to buy the 3 1/2" if you want an actual quality, Proto-made handle.
The lower price though, more than compensates for the minor shortcomings of the material specs. and stationary length.
