I ordered the skirt to fit the Equinox 10.4 kayak. This one is maybe half the size actually needed. The size chart on the website is incorrect.

This fits my Wilderness Systems Tsunami 140.. BUT I had to replace the Touring seatback with the Phase 3 Airpro Backband. Otherwise, the skirt would pop off when I twisted. It also fit my Dagger Halifax 17 (but was a bit looser, and easier to remove than the Tsunami). I really do like the zipper. I can enter and exit without removing the skirt from the kayak. It is also nicer to have down here in Florida, so when my legs get too hot , can unzip the skirt and air out the cockpit.

Fit my Perception Conduit 13 perfectly. The mesh pockets just hold a bottle of water each. The skirt is just a tad too tall for me so sometimes rubs under my armpits but unsnapping suspenders solves that. 2 way zipper very handy to cool off in hot weather.

So this a great light to medium duty spray skirt to add to your kayak to keep you dry and warm. This is NOT a whitewater spray skirt (read the product descriptions on Seals site if you're unsure of what you need). The size 7.0 fit perfectly on my Vapor 12xt. My only issue is with the double direction zipper- it goofed up and now the zipper splits along the teeth. To field fix this you have to run the "top" zipper back and forth, then do the same with the "bottom" zipper until the teeth get back on track and it stays zippered. Kind of a pain, but this has been my experience with zippers on recreation gear- they're always the weak point and prone to fail...whether on tents, backpacks, or waterproof gear. As far as the actual spray skirt: good item to make your float a little more comfortable.

I ordered the 4.2 Spray Skirt from another amazon review. This skirt was suppose to be for my Perception Swifty Deluxe 9.5 kayak. It does not fit the model design of the kayak. If you own a Perception Swifty Deluxe 9.5 kayak, purchase the 7.0 sized Spray Skirt. Luckily, I own a Jackson Karma Traverse as pictured. This Spray Skirt fits (when adjusted from the back). Overall, the skirt does work and will keep water that hits the side or comes over the top of the kayak out of the inside of your kayak. This is not a waterproof skirt and is not made for doing rolls within your kayak. This is helpful for keeping literal spraying water out and keeping you dry in your kayak. This also features a lot of pockets, which is nice to carry items in front of the kayak area.
