Very good quality. Easy to clean. I just used a linen napkin inside to cover the bread with and it worked beautifully. For the side I bought the 4oz. fluted containers. ASIN: B00DIBS69A by Metal Crafters as well. I also bought the black but the steel ones fit better and looked more elegant.
