It is very beautifully made. Once I pluck the strings
Amazon Customer, Mara✓ Verified Purchase•November 25, 2017
It is very beautifully made. Once I pluck the strings, the sound is so beautiful. I am pleased with this. My daughter will be so happy with this for christmas. I look forward to send her to harp lessons and listen to her play David's psalms <3 It does come with the case, it's black soft canvas bag with shoulder straps with zipper. It's good case considering. But it's not hard case, meaning that if you bang it on the wall or drop it, it will not protect the harp. Handle with care! I plan to build solid hard protector to insert inside this bag, then it will be great case!
Soothing instrument

This mini kinnor is wonderful. I've had it for about 3 weeks now. It took a little bit to get it tuned and the first time tuning 1 of the strings popped, but it came with extra strings and I bought an extra set just in case. Now that it's tuned, it's so beautiful to play. Very soothing and sounds great!! I'm just learning, but it's very easy to play. Small enough to take with me anywhere. It came with a nice case as well. The woodwork is so pretty. I would suggest it to anyone who is trying to start playing as you can't go wrong. I would also suggest getting a clip on tuner as well so that you can tune it. That makes it very easy to get it tuned just right. The item arrived on time as promised. Good seller!!
I always loved the full size harp but am not musically inclined

I own this about 3 months now...
I always loved the full size harp but am not musically inclined :-(
I bought this because I wanted to play a harp similar to David did and believed the 10 string would be easy enough.
I also liked that it was small enough to lay on my lap or to take with me if I were doing hospital visits.
I just play anything that comes to mind and let my thoughts go to wherever The Lord directs; it also helps me slow my brain down :-)
This product is made very well and has a nice feel.
I think I may eventually like a 22 string..

This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. It stays in tune fairly well after a few weeks. A great gift for a beginning musician because it always sounds pretty, no matter what you play. It came with a fabric case, extra strings, and a tuner. You must install the bridge yourself. I installed it as pictured, but I wonder if the image is reversed. I would prefer the high strings to be away from me like on a guitar.
Lovely in Looks and Sound

This harp is even more beautiful in person. I have yet to be disappointed by Mid-East. Reasonably priced and decent quality instruments. HOWEVER make sure you read the measurements- it is a little tinier than I realized but I still love it. Also do not be discouraged with it falling out of tune -this is normal with many such stringed instruments and will finally hold after about a week (of tuning at least once a day). It is on the quieter side but majestic in sound. Still loud enough to entertain a few friends :) Oh and you have to set the bridge yourself but it is not hard -it comes with instructions but the picture here on amazon helped me visualize the angle better. Beautiful decor even if you had little interest in actually playing it.
