Great product! Poor Container.

This stuffed worked fantastically. It held up to a rough snorkeling trip down a river where it was being scrapped over rocks all day long. This product does exactly what it says. Completely mends wet suits and is water tight.

With that said, the packaging exploded on me TWICE! Each time I opened the box the cement had exploded out if the can filled the plastic bag the can was sealed it. Luckily I had just enough in the first can to fix the tear after is oozed out in the shipment. The second time there was practically none left in the can and was hardened on the outside.
Glues together neoprene very well

Was building a cushioned form out of thinner pieces of sheet neoprene. This stuff dries in a reasonable amount of time and doesn't smell very badly (at least no worse than the raw neoprene sheeting itself).

It's consistency and application reminded me of rubber cement and similarly dries to a semi-flexible bond.
Good product, poor container.

Used this to repair a 4/3 surf wetsuit. As others have stated, the included brush is useless, the bristles are all splayed out like Sideshow Bob's hair. I used a small wooden skewer to apply with some precision and it worked well. Followed the instructions to apply, wait, apply again. The repair held well but a few weeks later I got another tear in a different part of the seam. Went to fix it and found that the whole bottle had dried up and was no longer usable. Pretty disappointed as I had closed it tightly and only had it open for a few minutes during the previous application. It doesn't take much to fix a rip so I was expecting the bottle to last a long time but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Looks like maybe it comes in a tube now which is hopefully better? Would give it another shot if so.
but it worked great on nasty barnacle holes

I haven't had the chance to try it on larger stuff as it seems meant for that, but it worked great on nasty barnacle holes. A small disposable paint brush works great. I even applied more to the surface, almost like a sealer once both sides were together. Do it outside, the fumes are gross. After a few hours I come back and it's all set up and won't budge! Heed my words though, follow the directions.
Almost miraculous!

I had a tear at a seam on a bib strap. The directions for this stuff is different from typical glues; You apply and let the stuff dry and then press it together. I can barely tell where the tear had been. And I've tugged significantly on the strap and it holds.
