It was the last thing I changed. Too bad I didn't start here. I started with a new gas cap, then changed the solenoid in the back by the gas tank, then finally this.
I saw a guy on a youtube video say that you can test this part by blowing through it. It is supposed to be "normally closed" so any air going through it means it's bad. I tried that and the amount of air leaking through was almost imperceptible. I wasn't really sure it was leaking, but it was the tiniest little bit. It was so little, I wasn't sure. Well, I guess if even the smallest amount of air goes through it, it's a bad part. Could have saved the money time and hastle by changing this part first. Now you know.

This part was exactly the right fit. It was really hard to get to. I have a 4x4 model trailblazer. I was able to access it from the fender well on the driver side. I also found it made it easier to remove the send line to the throttle body so i could give slack on the hose to manipulate the solenoid enough to remove the clamps. Also, I installed it to find out the prongs inside the plug were bent. I had to do the job twice so I could remove the part again and straiten them. SMH!!! besides that it fit like a charm and was OEM all the way.
