No problems yet . now 4 Mike Slater smoke rolling out of it and took a dump not very happy this is second one that's taking a dump on me there five stars went down to one

Would not recommend! With a battery bank maintaining 13.6 volts this inverter shuts down at 1750 watts. Some times it has shut down at 1250 watts. I have a 2000 watt inverter that does better than this and it cost a third of the price. Using 0 gauge cable, 2 positive and 2 negative as recommended.

I had purchased this power inverter for having on hand in the event of a power failure. After have going through a power outage for 36 hours and losing everything in the refrigerator, I figured it was time to buy one. I did and have used it a few times to power up different things over the past few months in areas that I didn't easily have electricity and it works great. Used it to power up a camping 5th wheel trailer and ran the air conditioner and refrigerator with no problem. It was money well spent in my opinion.

It works, but like usual its power rating is over rated. It will sometimes kick out at only 3000 watts if i use a long extension cord, but if wired properly it is good for hard start equipment like motors and compressors.
