I thought that they were wonderful at first, but I found that it took a long time to to cut them down to fit in my lower plate correctlhy, so i quit using the product after about a week...

For those who have a new plate that needs to be relined because it is loose. Took some time to figure out how best to use it. I soak it nightly, then apply some adhesive powder to it first on the plate and then on the top of it. I can reuse the old one that way. It feels much better than just adhesive. Their instructions are design for you to buy a new box monthly.
