Lee Kum Kee is the master of hoisin, and hoisin is tasty. You don't know? Better ask somebody. It's good on summer rolls, it's good on spring rolls, it's good on pho, it's good on noodles, it's good on soft tendon, it's good on beef, it's good on pork, it's good on chicken, it's good on eggs, it's good on dessert, it's good on veggies, it's good in your drink (don't be doubting), it's good on salads, it's good on subs, it's good on sandwiches, and I'm still learning get off my back.

An absolutely wonderful full-bodied Hoisin. If you enjoy beef Cantonese dishes, this one works with just a little ginger and a touch of soy. Not much else needed. Superb!

We LOVE this sauce! My husband and I had dinner with a Malaysian couple and she made spring rolls and included this sauce. I'd never had it before and it's AMAZING. They used this brand and we found the smaller bottle at the grocery store. We use it in so many recipes now that this larger bottle is perfect for my family of 4. We will continue to purchase.

I go through hoisen sauce so fast so I decided to buy this larger bottle. I use hoisen in all my oriental dishes and this bottle should last awhile.
