Bought in June, used maybe once every two weeks, and just started shorting out. Roller attachment came broken and a latch on one of the boxes came missing making me think this was pre used. The smaller attachments jiggle in the wand. Disappointing as the benefits are really amazing when it works properly!

Functions fine. At first two of the orange probes didn't seem to work, but I turn it up to max and back down then they worked. My Wife wanted it for her face after reading articles online about wrinkles a such. I've been using it on an old scar after reading another persons review and was curious if it actually worked....an old scar from a jagged piece of metal cutting a 3 inch gash in my arm.... surprisingly it appears to be lightening up.
