is two out of three good enough?

I bought two of these! The first one immediately broke when I turned the valve to switch from soap to water. The second one sprung leaks 6-8 places at the base of the soap jar. I have one of these at our second home and it's worked perfectly. But NOW having bought 3 and 2 have turned out to be a dud. To be fair I've been able to piece together the last two.... to have one functional sprayer. But, is two out of three good enough?
