terrible product!! Brush came with bristly bend in wrong position. The lack of caring when shipping caused this!!!

It was exactly what my husband wanted! He's very happy with it at the moment. We'll need to wait for a while to see how durable it is, but it looks like it will be.
brush needs to spread out better. Looks like it arrived a little beat up ...

It's ok, brush needs to spread out better. Looks like it arrived a little beat up with bristles sticking out in all directions. One side is flat, like it's been laid on one side in storage a long period of time.
