This detergent is simply amazing. The smell is like no other and I constantly have people asking me what I'm wearing. It's great for both women and men in my option. I will say that the first time I used it, I used the recommended dose which is 3 ounces per load and the smell was VERY strong, so much so that it gave me a headache. Now I split it in half with Tide scent free detergent and it's perfect!!! It's still strong, but not overpowering. I'm on a budget but I give up other things to have this detergent because it really is so great! I even keep a small travel spray bottle and mix with a little water in my car to keep my car smelling fresh or to spritz some on when needed.. Its expensive, but worth it! Also it makes your house smell good! Looking forward to purchasing the candles.

Washed my bedroom curtains and down comforters in this and rooms smelled AMAZING ! Some people commented on it being a bit strong but I don't think it is and have a very sensitive sniffer for smells. Noticed the scent faded considerably after a few days if too strong at first. Also,I used according to bottle instructions but you can always dilute and experiment to your preference since it varies from person to person. I'm reordering and this time getting the largest size! I detected hints of patchouli tones but not total straight on

I heard of this detergent on a fashion blogger's site and wanted to try it out. It is definitely very strong and potent. The bottle is a screw top, so it can leak easily when pouring. The scent is a very musky, but fresh smell. I would not say it is my favorite, but it does make our laundry smell very strong. I only use a cap full, in addition to my powdered Tide detergent and it really does the trick. I am anxious to try other scents, as I typically go for cleaner or botanical smells.

I like this and think some people would love it. For me, the scent was way too strong. It's not a bad smell at all. It's pleasant actually. Just so strong. Gave me a low grade headache. Next time, I will probably use less than recommended. I could smell it in the laundry room days after I used it. The curtains I washed with it still smell that way...months later. If that sounds good to you, you'll love this detergent!

I have finally found a detergent that does not loose its fragrance once it hits the dryer! Be sure to follow the directions because a little goes a long way. Does a great job of cleaning clothes. I have received lots of compliments on the fresh laundry smell. Yes, it is pricey but I like it and will definitely purchase again!
