WARNING: THEY DISAPPEAR

I used mine for the first time to travel to Europe and they disappeared from my luggage (all five of them on my five bags). I don't know if they were stolen by American Airlines employees, or deemed unacceptable by AA (maybe because they can get stuck in the bag carousel? I dunno, I'm speculating) or taken by airport employees or what. All I know is that they disappeared from my bags after flying from Charlotte to Paris. And I find it interesting that ALL OF THEM were taken from my bags. Not just one or two. So this could be a huge waste of money if they are attractive to thieves or if airlines consider them to be a nuisance. I do not intend to replace them.

My first purchase of 3 sets of these poms was front AAA when they had little retail stores for travel. After they no longer sold travel accessories, I have purchased many sets of these pompous for family and friends as gifts! The new poms arrive with the strips being straight.
Over time, the stretchy fabric curls and the poms look like curly balls. The snaps help to easily attach and remove from different suitcases, totes, etc. All of my luggage have two poms on the top and side handles for easy identification on the luggage carousels.
The many colors and designs make it easy to coordinate style wise if that is an important consideration.

These luggage Pom poms are fantastic! They look great and help distinguished our family's luggage apart from all the rest, especially when retrieving our luggage at an airport baggage claim area. My husband and son liked them too! They each had the neon green & royal blue luggage pom poms and I had the bright pink luggage pom poms. So glad I purchased these for our trip to Orlando, Florida!

These are so cute. I was looking for something a little different to help personalize my otherwise very generic black suitcase. It's very easy to get them on the handle of the suitcase, and the snaps feel very sturdy. I also like that the snaps are fairly concealed once everything is in place.
I was a little worried that they might get caught on things and pull off, so I decided to test it. I tried tugging on them to see if they'd pop back open, but they didn't - they just stretched and went right back into place. Perfect.
I have the pale blue/white/silver colored one, and I love the little bit of shimmer in this color combo. I'm leaving one on my suitcase and one on my personal item for my upcoming flight to Europe so that it's clear they go together, just in case. If I have any updates after traveling with them for a month, I'll update this review accordingly.

I like these things! They're a small but effective aid to air travel. My black suitcase looks like a million others, except I attached one of these poms to each handle. With the addition of a luggage strap in the same, bright color, I can immediately identify my checked bag as it rolls onto the carousel at the destination airport. I was concerned the poms would get torn off during handling, but a cross-country round-trip later, they're still in place. I put a pom on my carry-on, too, to prevent confusion in case someone else also puts a black carry-on in the same overhead compartment on the plane.
