Can not praise these things enough. If you're wondering because of bad vegan alternatives in your past, do it! They're amazing, better than regular bouillon and I use them with just about any chicken dish I make(vegan or not). Price is also comparable to regular bouillon; you're not paying an outrageous price for a healthier version.

Nothing compares to this bouillon. You don't know the hell my husband faced when I realized he hadn't packed the particular bag containing it into the rental car to travel to a small town with a small-town grocery store for Thanksgiving with his family. Taste it pure next to ANY other bouillon and the difference is obvious.
Also, I once came in second place out of fifteen in a chili competition using this bouillon as the base... competing alongside meat chilis. They didn't even realize my chili was vegan. :) Then I blind-tasted mine and two other meat-based ones that looked similar, and I couldn't pick the non-meat one, either.

Excellent flavor!! Since going Vegan approximately two years ago I was always disappointed in the flavor of other faux beef stocks/bouillon. For over fifty years I was a big meat eater so my flavor expectations are high. My other imitation beef flavorings are headed for the trashcan. I'm anxious to try the Not-Chicken bouillon cubes
